Request Category: Companies
Question Number 1:

Answer To Question 1:
Question Number 2:
What are the current Microsoft software licenses (serve and desktop) that you are using?
Answer To Question 2:
We are not willing to supply this information as this information together with other readily available information could be used to bridge our security
Question Number 3:
What is your annual IT spend on Microsoft licenses?
Answer To Question 3:
We decline to answer this question as it would take in excess of 18 hours to compile the information.
In the 2017/18 financial year there were 36,592 purchase requisitions raised.
For each we would have to:
1. Open up
2. Identify if it contained Microsoft Licenses
3. For those that did, confirm that the requisition was converted to an order (and not cancelled)
4. Within each identified requisition, record the spend on Microsoft licenses
5. Total up individual spends
Using 10 seconds per requisition, this would take over 100 hours which is well in excess of the 18 hours benchmark.
