We do not manage the out of hours service therefore any complaints / concerns are directed to the provider company. We do not keep any records pertaining to errors / Serious incidents relating to GP out of Hours.

How many occasions has there been no GP cover in the OOH service provided because of a lack of available GPs, in:

As above – we do not keep data for the out of hours GP as we are not a provider.

There have been no reports produced on the safety of the OOHGP service.

We utilise our trust reporting system – DATIX to highlight any concerns with the service so that they can be investigated.
During the period 2016 and 2017 there were no incidents raised relating to the quality of service provided
During 2018 there was 1 incident raised relating to the attitude of one of the OOH GPs and a second incident relating to a drug incident which resulted in no harm.
