Answer To Question 1:
No. The data as presented to NHS Digital (KO41) is not presented as is on any other public channel but the key points from the data is presented in a more understandable format in other reports.

Answer To Question 2:
Yes. The learning from complaints received is published in the quarterly Patient Experience Report which is published on our website (for example see http://www.salisbury.nhs.uk/AboutUs/TrustBoard/AgendaBoardPapersAndMinutesTrustBoard/Documents/CustomerCareReportQ1October2018.pdf)

Learning is also published in the annual Customer Care report http://www.salisbury.nhs.uk/informationforpatients/customercare/pages/home.aspx
