For each of the last five financial years (2014/15 to 2018/19, to date) please provide the numbers of patients of No Fixed Abode recorded in the following inpatient categories: elective ordinary; elective day cases; elective ordinary planned; elective day case planned; NHS treatment centres; total non-elective
 
Answer To Question 1:
The number of elective ordinary and daycase admissions during the given time period, split by financial year, are less than 5 for patients of no fixed abode, therefore we cannot provide the exact number of patients.

The number of non-elective admissions during the give time period, split by financial year, for patients of no fixed abode, are as follows:

2014-15 = 35
2015-16 = 29
2016-17 = 30
2017-18 = 18
2018-19 = 10

For the financial year to date (2018/19) please provide the number of emergency department attendances and hospital admissions by patients of No Fixed Abode.

Patients of no fixed abode had the following number of ED attendances and admissions from ED during 2018-19 (YTD):

Number of Admissions Via ED = 8
 
Question Number 5:
For the financial year to date please provide the number of referrals made by the hospital trust of those at risk of becoming homeless to a housing authority under the Homelessness (Review Procedure etc.) Regulations 2018
