In accordance with Section 36(3) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 the Trust is not obliged to confirm nor deny that we hold the information requested, as this may prejudice the effective conduct of public affairs.
The Trust considers the requested information to be commercially sensitive, and likely to prejudice the Trust’s commercial interests. We therefore apply an exemption as per Section 43 of the Freedom of Information Act.
