Request Summary: Infected blood - correspondence
Request Category: Private Individuals
|Question Number 1:|
Copies of emails and other correspondence between the Haemophilia Centre Director and other members of staff, during the period 1st June 2018 - 31st December 2018, that relate to: Infected Blood / Infected Blood Products / Infected Blood Inquiry / Contaminated Blood
|Answer To Question 1:|
Salisbury District Hospital is not a Haemophilia Centre and therefore we do not have a Haemophilia Centre Director at this hospital. This hospital is linked (in a hub-and-spoke model) to the Haemophilia Centre at Basingstoke Hospital. However, we have reviewed the correspondence of the equivalent role and have not found any corporate documentation. Any correspondence concerning patient information is exempt under section 40 (personal information) of the Freedom of Information Act.
