For the years individual financial years 1999, to 2019 please list the payment received by Salisbury NHS Trust from Porton Down Defence Science and Technology laboratories for supplying human tissue for research;, and list the type and number of tissue specimens provided (whether payment was received or not).
I have an on the record interview with the former Regional Director of Public Health, Dr Gabriel Scally, that in the early 2000’s he had concerns that human skin was removed during surgical procedures the hospital to the MOD at Porton Down without the consent of patients.

The only payments received from DSTL in the years requested were:
Invoice date 31/12/07 - £2k (gross) description - tissue samples sent on various dates but no numbers recorded
Invoice dated 17/04/08 - £3k (gross) description 14 samples (this does not specifically state 'tissue' samples)
