Question Number 1:
How much money did the trust raise from car parking charges in each of the last two financial years - 2017/18 and 2018/19? Include a breakdown of staff and visitor/patient parking if possible.
 
Answer To Question 1:
The figures for 2017/18 are included in our publicly available Trust Annual Report.

The figures for 2018/19 will be published in the next Trust Annual Report and will be available from our website in due course (http://www.salisbury.nhs.uk/AboutUs/TrustReportsAndReviews/Pages/landing.aspx), we therefore apply an exemption under Section 22 of the Freedom of Information Act (please see attached Refusal Notice).

Have you increased the cost of parking in your car parks during the last financial year - between 2017/18 and 2018/19? Please give a breakdown of how much parking has increased by.
 
Answer To Question 3:
Patient / Public

Car Parking Tariffs:
•£2.70 up to 2 hours (20p increase)
•£4-50 up to 4 hours (30p increase)
•£6-50 up to 6 hours (NEW PRICE BAND)
•£8.00 up to 24 hours (£1.70 increase)
Daily concession rate
Increase the daily concession rate from £2.30 to £2.70 (40p increase)
Weekly concessionary rate
Increase the weekly concessionary rate from £10 to £12 (£2 increase)

Staff

Daily Scratch cards £1.70 up to £2 (30p increase)
Monthly Tier 1 £17 up to £20 (£3 increase)
Monthly Tier 2 £25 up to £29 (£4 increase)
Monthly Tier 3 £28.50 up to ££33.50 (£5 increase)
Monthly Tier 4 (new Tier) £28.50 up to £34.50 (£6 increase)
Purchased Permits (Exclusive use) £56 pm up to £66 pm (£10 increase)
Students permit (new charge) £0 up to £10 pm (£10 increase)
Community Permits (new charge) £0 up to £5pm (£5 increase)
