Please list the number of DNAR orders issued by your hospitals each year between 2011 and 2018. Please break down the figures year by year.

We do not currently collect or record this information. The Trust currently carries out an annual DNACPR audit which looks at how many inpatients within a specific 24hr period have DNACPR documentation in place but no way of recording the number of DNACPR decisions made over the year. With the introduction of an electronic version of ReSPECT later in the year this may be something that can be recorded and reported in future.
