The responsibility sits within the overall governance of Informatics at the Trust. A range of programme boards lead on various elements of digitisation with identified senior responsible officers. This is linked to the digital strategy. Informatics is headed up by the CIO with three CCIOs providing the clinical engagement/link into the organisation.
