To clarify, our Trust is an acute Trust, all outpatient care is provided by our Community Trust under SLA.
One diabetes team, comprising of 2.8 WTE Consultants, 2WTE inpatient nurses, 1.0 specialist podiatrist,

How many people are currently under the care of each specialist adult diabetes multi-disciplinary team within the trust?

80 to 100 inpatients at any one time.
|Question Number 3:|
How many whole time equivalent mental health professionals are employed as part of each specialist adult diabetes multi-disciplinary team, and which part of the service are they aligned to?
If there are no mental health professionals employed within the service, but there is a collaboration with Improving Access to Psychological Therapies-Long Term Conditions (IAPT-LTC), please give details of this instead.
