As a public contracting authority the Trust has a legal requirement to adhere to the Public Contracts Regulations 2015, therefore the Trust’s local SFI's are in line with the current Public Contracts Regulations 2015. It should be noted that the financial thresholds are revised every two years, in line with fluctuations in exchange rates, with the next due January 2020.
