Answer To Question 1:
a) Which digital system is used by healthcare professionals in your trust to request echocardiograms? Philips, Tomcat/CVIS
b) On what digital system(s) are echocardiogram images stored? Philips Xcelera, Sectra PACS and Vendor Neutral Architecture for long term storage.
c) On what system are echocardiograms reported? Philips Xcelera
d) On what system(s) are the reports for echocardiograms available for review? Philips Xcelera and PACS

Regarding coronary angiograms:
a) Which digital system is used by healthcare professionals in your trust to request coronary angiograms?
b) On what digital system(s) are images from coronary angiograms stored?
c) On what system are coronary angiograms reported?
d) On what system(s) are the reports from coronary angiograms available for review?
 
Answer To Question 2:
a) Philips CVIS (CardioVascular Information System) for initial Cardiology referral, once booked the appointment is then added to Lorenzo and CRIS (Computed Radiology Information System) for the Radiology records.
b) Sectra PACS
c) CVIS, and the BCIS (British Cardiovascular Intervention Society) national database for Consultant outcomes.
d) CVIS with a paper copy to the GP.

Regarding cardiac pacemakers:
a) Which digital system is used by healthcare professionals in your trust to request pacemaker insertion?
b) On what system are pacemaker procedure reports written?
c) On what system(s) are pacemaker procedure reports available for review?
d) On what system(s) are cardiac pacemaker routine outpatient checks available for review?

c) GE ADW workstation/thin client used for imaging reformats then images reported on CRIS(HSS) with Sectra PACS
