For Q1, there were 1318 adult patients in hospital for asthma between 1st January and 31st March 2020 (inclusive).

How many children with severe asthma have been seen in the hospital for asthma in the last three months?

For Q2, there were 79 paediatric patients in hospital for asthma between 1st January and 31st March 2020 (inclusive).
Children are defined as under 18 years, and adults as 18 years and over. For Q2, all provided codes have been used as the Trust does not code asthma by severity.
