Head of Clinical Effectiveness 1.0 wte Band 8B

Clinical audit team:
Clinical audit and quality improvement facilitators Band 5 - 3.6 wte
Clinical audit administrator Band 4 - 0.76 wte

Are these staff within a central Governance or Quality team?
 
Answer To Question 3:
The clinical audit team and clinical effectiveness is within the Quality Directorate which is considered a corporate function.
 
Question Number 4:
Do you have a senior medical lead for Clinical Effectiveness and Audit at Associate / Deputy Medical director level
 
Answer To Question 4:
The Medical Director is the Executive Lead for Clinical Effectiveness and Audit. There is no Associate or Deputy Medical Director level lead.

a. is this as a standalone or within a wider remit (e.g. Associate medical director of Quality)
