A. This was designed by ourselves.

C. Planned for six months from January 2020.
D. Executive Directors paired with BAME Forum members from across a number of Bands.
E. By Questionnaire’s to participants and a number of workshops which were cancelled due to Covid19.

Have you continued with reverse mentoring during COVID-19? How have you done this?

The program was disrupted by Covid19, However participants have re-engaged either virtually or where safe in person. This has helped the Exec. Directors keep in touch with the feelings of BAME Staff.
