Please provide the number of patients treated in the past 6 months with Bevacizumab for the following conditions:
• Colorectal cancer
• Breast cancer
• Renal cell carcinoma
• Non-small cell lung cancer
• Ovarian cancer (epithelial, fallopian tube or primary peritoneal)
• Carcinoma of the cervix
