COVID-19 Testing & Self-Isolation
We all have a responsibility for ensuring that we continue to test ourselves twice weekly for COVID-19 via Lateral Flow testing. To help you to understand what to do if you get a COVID-19 positive result, if you develop COVID-19 symptoms or someone in your household becomes COVID-19 positive, please refer to this quick reference guide and notify your Line Manager in the first instance. Please DO NOT contact Occupational Health.
Please remember to register your Lateral Flow results at https://www.gov.uk/report-covid19-result. When doing this please select Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust. It is important that you register the test on the day that it is taken as the system only allows registration of the result for 24 hours.
