New Ward for Salisbury District Hospital
A new state-of-the-art inpatient ward is under construction at Salisbury District Hospital, helping to reduce waiting times for elective surgery. Providing 24 additional beds, it will be an environmentally sustainable building that our clinical teams have been heavily involved in designing.
Demolition of existing buildings begins in March with construction of the main building is planned for May. Access to all other buildings will remain unchanged throughout the ward construction.
