Question Number 1: The admission numbers to Salisbury NHS Foundation Hospital between January 01st 2021 and 17.12.21

Answer To Question 1: There were the following admissions to Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust in the requested time period: Daycase admissions = 20,070 Ordinary admissions = 33,195 Regular day attenders = 9,906 Total admissions = 63,171

Question Number 2: How many of these people admitted to Salisbury NHS Foundation Hospital died of COVID 19 between the January 01st 2021 and 17.12.21

Answer To Question 2: 113 deaths in this period with a positive COVID test with 28 days

Question Number 3: Of those that died, how many contracted COVID 19 whilst in the hospital and how many were admitted with a positive COVID 19 test result?

Answer To Question 3: We have only been recording since 1st November 2021, and there we no hospital acquired RIPs in this period. We test all patients on admission and do not have a record of pre-hospital admission status centrally recorded; as these have not been reporting definitions under the National COVID sitrep and therefore have not been collated.

Question Number 4: Of those that died, how many had received a COVID 19 vaccination and how many were unvaccinated?
