Question Number 1: Of the Patients who have been hospitalised this year as Salisbury District Hospital please can you confirm: - How many are unvaccinated (have not had a Covid -19 vaccine) - How many have been vaccinated with one dose - How many have been vaccinated with two doses - How many have been vaccinated with tow doses plus at least one booster or third dose

Answer To Question 1: The information on vaccination status is found on Point of Care systems (Pinnacle and NIVS) which Salisbury NHS Foundation staff do not have access too. Definitions of the Point of Care Systems from NHS Digital: Pinnacle is a community pharmacy system that is used to record and send vaccination data to national systems. National Immunisation and Vaccination System (NIVS) system, provided by NHS England and NHS Improvement, will feed back to GP systems and the National Immunisations Management System (NIMS).
