Answer To Question 3: Decontamination Risk Assessments are discussed in/as part of the Decontamination Working Group meeting. A separate meeting is not held.

Question Number 4: Which other roles also attend the Decontamination Risk Assessment Group meeting?

Answer To Question 4: Deputy DIPC, Decontamination Lead, Infection Control Team, Operational Matrons for Clinical Divisions plus specialist department representation e.g. Theatres, Endoscopy, Sterilisation Services, Laboratory Medicine, Estates, Housekeeping, Health and Safety.
