Question Number 1: What is the combined number of primary care referrals that you received for the period of 1 May 2021 – 30 April 2022 for all services provided by your Trust? | |
Answer To Question 1: The total combined number of primary care referrals received for the period of 1 May 2021 – 30 April 2022 for all services provided by SFT was 129,220. | |
Question Number 2: What is the combined number of rejected primary care referrals for the period of 1 May 2021 – 30 April 2022 for all services provided by your Trust? By rejected referrals I mean all primary care referrals that were returned to the referrer. And by primary care referrals I mean all referrals coming from GP practices. | |
Answer To Question 2: Unfortunately we are unable to answer this question as we do not have full visibility of all referrals that are rejected before being recorded on Trust electronic systems in the Trust Data Warehouse. | |
