Answer To Question 1: The Trust use an In House system to record FOI requests

Question Number 2: Approximately how many FOI requests do you receive in a year?

Answer To Question 2: 450- 500

Question Number 3: How many members of staff do you have on your FOI team?

Answer To Question 3: The Trust do not have a dedicated FOI team. FOI sits under the Information Governance team (4 staff) and they deal with requests as and when they come in.
