Question Number 1: How much money was paid out by your Trust regarding claims brought in your maternity unit? (for the last ten years (1 April 2011 to 31st March 2022), per year.)

Answer To Question 1: All information regarding damages payments relating to Maternity Claims against the Trust should be directed to the NHSR (National Health Service Resolution) as these are not paid directly by the Trust.

Question Number 2: Out of the above claims (1 April 2011 to 31st March 2022 each year) how many related to a) mothers dying b) babies dying c) still births d) babies born with brain damage or cerebral palsy.
