Question Number 1: Who is the current provider of Hard Facilities Management across your Trust / estate? Or perhaps this is managed by an in house team? Hard FM - (Electrical, mechanical, plumbing maintenance)

Answer To Question 1: Hard FM (Estates) for retained Estate is managed by an in house team, the PFI section of the site is managed by FES Ltd on behalf of IML.

Question Number 2: If an outsourced provider, when was this contract awarded and what length is the contract? Is an extension available?

Answer To Question 2: N/A, the management of the Hard FM contract is the responsibility of IML not the Trust.

Question Number 3: If an outsourced provider, when do you expect this contract to come back out to tender?

Answer To Question 3: Not applicable.

Question Number 4: If managed in house, is there an incumbent supplier supplying electrical products? If so, when does this contract expire?

Answer To Question 4: Current supplier of electrical products is Edmundson Electrical.

Question Number 5: What would the annual spend be on electrical products?

Answer To Question 5: 12 month spend £109,410.75
