Answer To Question 1: Does the NHS Trust currently have a contract for IT disposal? We have no formal contract • If not, what do they do with the redundant IT equipment? We use CDL to destroy any redundant IT equipment • If they have a contract, which company handles the contract? N/A • If they have a contract, when does the contract expire? N/A • If they have a contract, is it advertised in the European Journal or other Purchasing Publication – please detail? N/A • How many PCs, laptops, servers and TFT screens will the Trust typically dispose of during a calendar year? This varies depending on the year. Probably going forwards c.200 a year. • Who has overall responsibility for the disposal of IT equipment within the Trust ? Please supply name, telephone and email details.
