| Question Number 1: Could you please provide me with some information on what Respiratory Diagnostic Equipment (PFT, CPET, Spirometers, Feno) are currently in use across all the Hospitals and clinics within your NHS Trust. I am particularly interested in the equipment in the following departments or similar departments. Cardio Respiratory Pulmonary Function Cystic Fibrosis Outpatients Department Paediatrics Chest Clinic Respiratory Department Occupational Health I would like to know the following please. 1. The number of current devices in use. 2. Manufacturer and type of device. 3. Which Hospitals and departments are they in. 4. Date of installation. If this information could be collated in an excel spreadsheet please. | |
