Question Number 1: Have any of the following services been closed at your Trust due to staffing issues between November 2021 and October 2022 (inclusive): a) Birth Centre/Maternity Unit/Ward b) Breast imaging unit/Ward c) Stroke and rehabilitation Unit/Ward d) Dialysis Unit/Ward If so, I would be grateful if you could let me know how long the unit was closed for?
