Question Number 1: Could you confirm the distance from the DAU to the maternity service environment before it was relocated in May 2021? It would be helpful to have a distance in metres and approximately how long it would have taken to get from the maternity service environment/labour ward to the DAU please.

Answer To Question 1: 30 metres, would take less than a minute to get from DAU to Labour ward.
