Question Number 1:
In the last 3 months, how many patients have been initiated* on the following agents for the treatment of melanoma?

• Nivolumab (monotherapy)

• Nivolumab AND Ipilimumab (combination)

*Patients are considered initiated if they have not been treated in the previous 6 months with any of the drugs that are part of the named regimen.
 
Answer To Question 1:
We do not treat melanoma at this Trust so answers for Q1 is zero.
 
Question Number 2:
In the last 3 months, how many patients have been initiated* on the following agents for the treatment of Renal Cell Carcinoma?

• Nivolumab (monotherapy)

• Nivolumab + Ipilimumab

• Nivolumab + Cabozantinib

• Avelumab + Axitinib

*Patients are considered initiated if they have not been treated in the previous 6 months with any of the drugs that are part of the named regimen.
 
Answer To Question 2:
We do not treat renal cell carcinoma at this Trust so answers for Q2 is zero.
 
Question Number 3:
In the past 3 months, how many patients have been initiated* on the following agents for the treatment of upper gastrointestinal cancer (oesophagael cancer, gastric cancer and gastro-oesophageal junction cancer)?

• Nivolumab

• Pembrolizumab in combination with Platinum (Cisplatin or Oxaliplatin) and Fluoropyrimidene (5-Fluorouracil or Capecitabine)

*Patients are considered initiated if they have not been treated in the previous 6 months with any of the drugs that are part of the named regimen.
 
Answer To Question 3:
We have not initiated treatment with either nivolumab or pembrolizumab for upper GI cancer patients within the last 3 months.
