Question Number 1: Could you please inform me how much the stores at Salisbury District Hospital pay for their rental agreement? Ie How much do WHSmith and M&Sand the charity shop pay per calendar month and how long is the duration of the commercial tenancy?

Answer To Question 1: WH Smith and M & S Shop £7.5k per month - lease runs to 2030. Charity Shop - £Nil as the hospital is the beneficiary of the charity.
