Answer To Question 1: Yes

Question Number 2: If yes, is it for hot food, cold food, or both?

Answer To Question 2: Discount is offered to staff on items that are made 'in house' this includes hot and some cold foods

Question Number 3: What format does the subsidy take? Is it a cash amount, percentage discount, or other (please specify)

Answer To Question 3: Discount is offered on 'in house' produced foods, the amount varies dependant on the items. i.e. The amount / % of discount on a hot drink is different to that on a hot meal.

Question Number 4: What is the typical price of a sandwich in your canteen?

Answer To Question 4: Cheapest S/W price is 2.70 & the most expensive s/w currently is 3.10. S/W are the same price for visitor and staff.

Question Number 5: What is the price of a hot main meal (other than baked potato with filling) for staff?

Answer To Question 5: Hot vege meal for staff is 3.60 and the meat option for staff is 4.10.
