Question Number 1: Did the Trust have a subsidiary or joint venture during the period 2014-2018? (regarding any subsidiary company of the Trust, or a company jointly owned by the Trust (‘joint venture’), during the period concerned. As I understand it, Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust has had a subsidiary called Salisbury Trading Limited at some point, though I don’t know its status throughout 2014-2018 and the Trust may have other subsidiary companies too.)

Answer To Question 1: Yes - The Trust had three subsidiaries in this period: Salisbury Trading Limited Odstock Medical Limited Replica 3DM Limited The Trust also had two joint ventures: Wiltshire Health and Care LLP Sterile Supplies Limited

Question Number 2: If yes to #1, did the subsidiary or joint venture work with, or (if known) seek to work with, international clients during that period of time?

Answer To Question 2: Yes - Odstock Medical Limited only

Question Number 3: If yes to #2, please provide a brief summary of this work, including (where possible) a summary of the activities undertaken and when they started (The response to Question 3 might include a brief description of the types of services provided by the subsidiary company to international clients, what the obligations of the Trust’s subsidiary are in this regard, and the date when the service/contract commenced.)

Answer To Question 3: Between 2014 and 2018 Odstock Medical Ltd (OML) supplied Functional Electrical Stimulation (FES) devices and accessories to customers in a number of international markets. These markets were supplied through a variety of trading Agreements with a range of commencement dates and no ongoing obligations.
