Question Number 1: Does your trust provide the following services to pregnant women: · Tdap (Pertussis)/whooping cough vaccination · Influenza vaccination If you do not provide either service, please specify where pregnant women needing these services are treated?

Answer To Question 1: Currently the trust does not offer pertussis vaccines to pregnant women, these women are able to access this via their GP. (From 31st March 2023 we will be providing pertussis). SFT does provide influenza vaccines to pregnant women they are also able to obtain this from their GP.

Question Number 2: Of the total numbers of Healthcare Professionals that recommend/raise conversations regarding the Tdap (pertussis)/whooping cough vaccination to pregnant women across your Trust, what is the estimated % of each of the following types of HCPs: · Midwife · Nurse · Doctor

Answer To Question 2: 0% for nurses 100% Community midwifery workforce (27% of total midwifery workforce). 0% for doctors.

Question Number 3: Of the total numbers of Healthcare Professionals that deliver the Tdap (pertussis)/whooping cough vaccination to pregnant women across your Trust, what is the estimated % of each of the following types of HCPs: · Midwife · Nurse · Doctor

Question Number 4: Of the total numbers of Healthcare Professionals that recommend/raise conversations regarding the influenza vaccination to pregnant women across your Trust, what is the estimated % of each of the following types of HCPs: · Midwife · Nurse · Doctor

Answer To Question 4: · Midwife 100% Community midwifery workforce (27% of total midwifery workforce). · Nurse 0 · Doctor - will discuss with women if question re the vaccine arise.

Question Number 5: Of the total numbers of Healthcare Professionals that deliver the influenza vaccination to pregnant women across your Trust, what is the estimated % of each of the following types of HCPs: · Midwife · Nurse · Doctor
