Answer To Question 1: Yes the Trust (SFT) procured the current NEPTS contract

Question Number 2: What date is/was your current NEPTS contract due to end (outside of any available extension periods) and what extension periods are available?

Answer To Question 2: 31st January 2024 with 1 x 12 month extension period.

Question Number 3: For how many years was the NEPTS contract awarded?

Answer To Question 3: Three years plus 1 x 12 month optional extension

Question Number 4: Which organisation was awarded the NEPTS contract?

Answer To Question 6: Total spend was £105k, £18k of which was spent with Ability Transport, and £87k on taxis.

Answer To Question 7: Between June & December 2022 1, Crews will routinely 'check in' with the Trusts Transport Office, at the commencement of each shift and between journeys (Monday to Friday) and at the commencement of each shift on weekends & bank holidays, with the Clinical Site Co-Ordinator
