Answer To Question 3: The Trust has PST files where outlook app is used and emails are cached

Question Number 5: Which person is responsible for your email infrastructure?

Answer To Question 5: It is spread over the infrastructure team with the IT Operations Manager ultimately responsible reporting to the CIO.
