Answer To Question 4: The Trust appointed a Sustainability Manager in September 2022.

Question Number 5: Whether your Trust has a sustainability policy included in clinical governance meetings and junior doctor induction materials.

Answer To Question 6: The Trusts Sustainability Steering Group leads on this topic and includes 5 clinicians within the membership. Additionally, the Trust has a team of 26 Sustainability Champions, which includes 13 clinicians.
