Answer To Question 1: Yes

Question Number 2: If not, what guidance or protocol do you follow regarding vulnerable patients?

Answer To Question 2: N/A

Question Number 3: In the last year, or six months should this exceed the cost limit, how many times was this protocol enacted? Essentially, how many times has your NHS trust shared information about somebody being at risk of suicide with another NHS Trust, GPs and agencies, including police, councils, social workers.
