Question Number 1: Skin MDTs, how they run, their efficacy and costs across the UK. Venue

Answer To Question 1: MDT’s are ran weekly on a Monday. They run every week apart from on a Bank Holiday.

Question Number 2: All staff present based on attendance records

Answer To Question 2: Core Members are expected to attend at least 66% of MDT’s – Core members attendance ranged between 66 and 88% attendance of the 17 core members of MDT

Question Number 3: Time spent by each team member in preparing for the SSMDT meeting

Answer To Question 3: MDT Co-ordinator spends approximately 7.5 hours a week preparing for MDT; Clinical Team spend approximately 90 Minutes a week to prepare for the skin MDT.

Question Number 4: Time spent by team coordinator preparing for and disseminating SSMDT outcome

Answer To Question 4: MDT Outcomes usually take the MDT-Co-ordinator approximately 1-2 hours this includes adding to Lorenzo Patient Care system and sending out relevant outcomes.

Answer To Question 7: 848 from 01/03/22 – 31/03/23

Question Number 8: Number of re-discussions discussed (re-discussion defined as any patient discussed at the same point in their pathway but following an additional test or any patient brought back to MDT for re-discussion of the same test results) in the last 12m

Answer To Question 8: 351 patients. This is the number of skin patients discussed at more than one MDT on the same referral. It isn't possible to determine which point of the pathway they were on when the discussion took place.

Question Number 9: Were any videoconferencing facilities used across sites?

Answer To Question 9: There is video conferencing available for the MDT room.
