Question Number 1: Please can I request details of the current service agreement / arrangement in place covering the LOLER inspections on patient handling equipment (equipment such as your Patient Overhead Hoists, Mobile Hoists and other lifting platforms). Details including dates of contracts, term, amount of equipment on site / covered and value of agreement?

Answer To Question 1: 1. The contract for patient hoists, lifting equipment’s and mobile hoists were awarded to Medserve (Southwest) Ltd. 2. All the equipment’s will be covered from 01st June 2023 – 31st May 2024. 3. Amount of Equipment – 90 serial numbers in total and 512 slings. 4. Fully comprehensive contract with 2 Annual LOLER inspections and covering all slings. 5. Contract value -£8,032.14
