Question Number 2: How many faulty fire alarms have been reported at the hospital over the past twelve months?

Answer To Question 2: In the last 12 months (01/06/2022 – 31/05/2023) we have had the following: We have had 1 occasion that a fire alarm system was not working due to a fault, of which we put mitigation in place until it was rectified.
