Question Number 1: How many (if any) falls have occurred from a patient trolley or stretcher within your emergency department within the last 2 years?

Answer To Question 1: Between 01/05/2021-31/05/2023 there have been 8 reported incidents relating to a fall from a trolley within the ED department.
