| Answer To Question 1: Section 12 exemption notice applied Pharmacy response - Pharmacy are unable to answer this question as it would entail looking at 3000 plus lines that Pharmacy stock individually and this would take well over the 18 hours allowed. Procurement response - Procurement have worked with our Clinical Procurement Specialist (CPS) and Procurement do not hold data identifying these materials at any of the Trusts, so without undertaking a manual inspection of products, which would be over 18 hours | |
