| Question Number 1: I am writing to the request, under the Freedom of Information Act, a copy of any analysis your trust has made of the impact that industrial action this year has had, or is likely to have, of the trusts ability to meets its elective recovery targets. | |
| Answer To Question 1: “Whilst it is impossible to predict the outcome of ongoing negotiations between representative bodies of Jnr Drs and Consultants, nor is it possible to gauge any ongoing level of participation by individuals within these staffing groups, the longer industrial action continues the greater the risk to elective recovery. However, at this juncture the Trust remains on target to achieve the waiting time targets for March 2024” | |
