Question Number 4: Has your organisation any data regarding the number of patients that had a port inserted between 1st April 2022 and 31st March 2023 that also required a high pressure contrast media scan?

Answer To Question 4: The answer is 0 (zero) as we wouldn’t put contrast through the ports.

Question Number 5: Information requested in respect of Port Access Needles (see image attached) Has your organization purchased port access needles between 1st April 2022 and 31st March 2023?
