| Answer To Question 3: This is a framework award not a contract to provide services. The employers who work with us can direct award to any provider on the framework, or may conduct a further competition using their own documents. The “work” is an apprenticeship programme governed by https://www.instituteforapprenticeships.org/apprenticeship-standards/associate-continuing-healthcare-practitioner-v1-0 and individual employers will place learners as and when they need to. Salisbury NHSFT in their own right have not placed any employer contracts as a result of this procurement. | |

Bidder names – Those awarded on the published Notice, plus three unsuccessful ones – Aston University, Steadfast Training Ltd, Teesside University | |
