| Answer To Question 1: 1) Lead Fetal Surveillance Midwife - this role is held within the maternity service but we are unable to disclose individual names due to their banding. We can confirm that they report to Annie Burrin, Interim Quality and Safety Matron (Band 8a) 2) Practice Development Midwife - as above Q.1 3) Midwifery Clinical skills facilitator - we do not have a named lead, the role and responsibilities associated with this role are encompassed within the practice education team. 4) Lead Midwife for Continuous Development - we do not have a named lead. | |
