| Answer To Question 1: The longest wait time was 8 weeks but this was patient choice. Please note the data source is the weekly snapshot used for the Weekly DM01 and National WLMDS Submission, this will miss patients referred and seen within the census dates but they are unlikely to be our longest waits. | |

| Answer To Question 2: The longest wait time is 34 weeks. This taken from the submitted monthly DM01 therefore will exclude patients referred but came off the waiting list in the time frame listed for reasons other than having their procedure. | |
