Answer To Question 4: BSW ICS has a Integrated Care Record (ICR). | |

Answer To Question 5: We strive to ensure we can flow data required across systems. There are some tools that we currently have less interoperability however this is due to further work being required on our roadmap rather than a lack of system interoperability. | |
